I like sitting between the tech and the product side, figuring out what to build, not just how. I go into the code when the team needs it. I piloted an LLM-based document verification workflow, saw the business impact firsthand, and want to keep driving that kind of value.
After leaving HCLTech in Aug 2025, I traveled, picked up new certifications, and moved to Sydney as an Australian PR in Jan 2026. Going deeper on agentic AI (Bedrock, LangChain, RAG) and open to Engineering Manager roles where delivery, team growth, and AI adoption are the mandate.
Work Experience
- Managed 3 cross-functional squads (20+ engineers) across design, dev, testing, and deployment.
- Owned end-to-end engineering delivery for UOB's digital banking platform across 5 ASEAN countries (mobile, web, and branch channels), serving 8 million customers.
- Directed the design and delivery of an LLM-backed document verification pilot (Bedrock, LangChain, RAG), replacing manual eligibility checks in account opening and targeting a 25% reduction in staff processing time.
- Awarded Certificate of Recognition for Performance Excellence (Mar 2024).
- Drove delivery of Singpass enhancements for 5M+ users, including QR login handling millions of daily authentication requests.
- Directed the full AWS Cloud migration of Corppass, streamlining access for 200k+ businesses.
- Championed a modernisation initiative on Corppass to eliminate overnight batch processing, delivering real-time results for 200k+ businesses.
- Owned technical design decisions, code reviews, and release governance; mentored junior engineers and managed vendor relationships.
